.Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales team. The ideal candidate should have experience handling premium clients and driving high-value sales in a luxury market segment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of sales executives



Identify and develop new business opportunities

Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets



Build strong relationships with architects, interior designers, and direct customers

Coordinate with design and execution teams



Provide sales forecasts and reports

Handle client presentations and site visits



Requirements

Minimum 5 years of relevant sales experience (2+ years in a team lead role)

Background in Airlines, Furniture, or Interior Design preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal

skills

Proven sales performance

Ability to manage high-ticket, premium clientele
