1.Develop and execute a sales plan for Monotech's production printing machines .
2.Identify and pursue new business opportunities -- OEMs, commercial printers, packaging houses, publishers, etc.
3.Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and proposing tailored solutions.
4.Collaborate with technical, service, and operations teams to ensure smooth implementation and after-sales service.
5.Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and regular updates for senior management.
6.Organize and represent Monotech at trade shows, industry events, and customer visits.
7.egotiate pricing, contracts, and service terms with customers.
8.Monitor competitor activities and market trends; propose strategies to stay ahead.
9.Lead, coach, and mentor any local sales team or distributor partners.
10.Ensure achievement of sales targets and KPIs for the region.
11.Required Qualifications & Skills
12.Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field. MBA is a plus.
13.Proven sales experience in capital-equipment sales (ideally in printing, packaging, or manufacturing).
14.Strong understanding of printing technologies (digital production, offset, wide-format, etc.) -- or willingness to learn deeply.
15.Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
16.Good network or ability to build network in Kerala's industrial and print community.
17.Ability to travel within Kerala (and occasionally pan-India, if needed).
18.Results-oriented, self-driven, and able to work independently.
19.Leadership experience (if managing a small sales team or distributors).
