This is a full time on-role job for sales manager at Andromeda Sales and Distribution Pvt. Ltd,located in Hyderabad. The Sales manager will be

responsible for leading a team of loan officers to meet sales targets, developing strategies to increase loan sales, and overseeing the sales process for products like personal, home, or business loans

. This role requires strong leadership, sales, and communication skills, and typically a bachelor's degree in finance or business along with several years of lending and sales experience.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to acquire new customers and increase loan sales and revenue. Ensure the team meets monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for various loan products. Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and financial regulations. Experience in sales operations Business Development skills

Qualifications and skills

Experience:

Several years of experience in lending and sales, with specific experience in loan products like personal, home, or business loans, is necessary.

Leadership:

Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a sales team.

Communication:

Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills.

Technical:

Proficiency with MS Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
