Key Responsibilities:
For Sales Executives (1+ Year Experience):
Conduct client consultations to understand design needs, budgets, and timelines.
Recommend suitable stone products for interior and architectural applications.
Collaborate with architects, designers, and project managers for sample approvals and specifications.
Prepare and follow up on quotations to ensure deal closure.
Maintain CRM records and support smooth delivery and installation of products.
Attend trade shows and events to promote the brand.
For Sales Managers (5+ Years Experience):
Lead and mentor a team of sales executives to achieve team and individual targets.
Develop business in key sectors including luxury residences, aviation interiors, hospitality, and commercial spaces.
Build strong networks with architects, interior designers, PMC firms, and procurement heads.
Oversee the complete sales cycle: client acquisition, requirement analysis, quoting, negotiation, and post-sales support.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to adapt strategies.
Track performance through CRM tools and ensure timely reporting.
Collaborate with marketing teams for branding and promotional campaigns.
