Directing and overseeing the organization's sales policies, objectives, and initiatives. Setting short- and long-term sales strategies. Evaluating the effectiveness of current sales programs. Recommending product or service enhancements. Helping sales representatives meet quotas. Forecasting sales and running sales reports. Providing mentorship and training. Recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new salespeople. Analyzing data and assigning sales territories.
