Job Summary

Any sales background in Textile or Educational Background.

We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and
revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for
maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper
management.

Responsibilities and Duties

Carrying out market studies, collating & analyzing market related data to identify potential markets, customers and to understand customer needs

Setting sales targets and preparing supporting Sales Plan

Exploring new sales opportunities and meet with prospective clients in line with the business strategy of the company.

Preparing and delivering presentations as appropriate to prospective clients

Obtaining Designs & Samples from HO and presenting them to customers; communicate feedback from customers to HO

Consolidate customer specifications, and communicate to HO

Negotiating contracts, and closing them along with Regional Business Head

Working closely with Client /Order Servicing personnel to ensure that all pre production & post delivery order servicing tasks are carried out accurately and to the satisfaction of the client

Submitting Bills / Invoices to clients and following up with them for realization

Qualifications and Skills

? Any basic degree
? Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting
or exceeding targets
? Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
? Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels
of the organization
? Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
? Strong business sense and industry expertise
? Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
? Candidates with experience or knowledge about educational institutions will be given priority

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
