Job Description

Develop and implement effective sales strategies.

Prospect and engage with potential clients to pitch our product.

Build database by identifying new customers through networking, cold calling, and social media.

Visit Exhibitions for Lead Generation.

Enroll new manufacturers into our platform as per the agreed targets.

Conduct customer meetings, demo presentations, negotiations, and contracts to secure the best deals for both customers and the organization.

Conversion of existing free manufacturers to premium plan manufacturers as per the agreed targets.

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients.

Generate regular sales reports for senior management, including insights and recommendations.

Represent the company at conferences and exhibitions for business development

Other duties and tasks assigned by the management within the job scope.

Requirements:



Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Sales Manager.

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Proven ability to manage and prioritize tasks to meet and exceed sales targets.

Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for business automation and technology.

Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and work collaboratively within a team.

Experience in IT Healthcare Products or Healthcare Industry is preferred.
