Lead negotiations and close deals to achieve revenue targets.
Manage, train, and mentor the sales team to exceed goals.
Gather customer feedback and collaborate with internal teams for improvement.
Eligibility:
Minimum 0-1 year of proven experience in inside sales, business development, or a related role.
Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
Ability to lead, manage, and motivate a sales team.
Target-driven, self-motivated, and result-oriented.
