Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, achieving sales targets, managing the team

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee day-to-day sales operations in the showroom.

- Set monthly and quarterly sales targets for the sales team.

- Train, guide, and motivate the sales executives to achieve individual and team targets.

- Coordinate with the finance and insurance team to ensure smooth processing of vehicle loans.

- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies and regulatory norms.

- Maintain relationships with customers, finance institutions, and vendors.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Minimum qualification: Degree Graduation preferred.

- Minimum 5+ years of experience in automobile/two-wheeler sales with team management.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Good knowledge of local market trends and customer preferences.

- Proficiency in MS Office
