Build and maintain strong relationships with category managers and platform decision-makers to negotiate for better visibility and higher sales.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Develop and execute platform-specific sales strategies and promotional tie-ups.
Track sales performance, conversions, and competitor movement to stay ahead in the market.
Proactively push product sales through upselling, cross-selling, and smart negotiations.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing or related field.
4-5 years of experience in
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Hands-on experience in closing deals and generating revenue.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, aggressive, and target-driven.
