Job Summary



We are looking for an experienced and results-driven

Sales Manager

to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing key accounts, training and motivating the sales team, and achieving ambitious sales targets.

Key Responsibilities



Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives. Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives. Set individual sales targets and track team performance. Identify new market opportunities and customer segments. Maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to support brand initiatives. Analyze sales data and market trends to refine strategies. Prepare regular reports on sales metrics and forecast future sales. Ensure the team adheres to company policies, processes, and ethical standards. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred). Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar leadership role. Strong knowledge of sales techniques, CRM systems, and market dynamics. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
