About the Role

The CTC AGENCY, a leading business solutions and recruitment firm, is hiring Sales Managers for our partnered companies in the Life Insurance, Health Insurance, and General Insurance sectors.

This role is best suited for professionals with prior experience in insurance sales who are looking for career growth and stability in the insurance industry. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales, managing a team, building strong client relationships, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales and Business Development

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets across life, health, and general insurance products.

Generate new business opportunities through leads, referrals, and networking.

Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities to maximize revenue.

2. Team Management

Recruit, train, and guide a team of sales executives and agents.

Monitor team performance and ensure consistent achievement of goals.

Conduct sales meetings, provide coaching, and motivate the team.

3. Client Relationship Management

Establish and maintain long-term customer relationships.

Understand client requirements and recommend suitable insurance solutions.

Address client queries and resolve issues effectively.

4. Reporting and Compliance

Submit sales performance reports to management on a regular basis.

Ensure compliance with IRDAI regulations and company policies.

Maintain accurate records of clients, sales transactions, and documentation.

Candidate Requirements

Education: Graduate / Postgraduate (preferred).

Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of experience in insurance sales (life, health, or general insurance). Candidates with experience in handling teams will be preferred.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Strong leadership qualities and ability to motivate a team.

Target-oriented with proven track record of achieving business goals.

In-depth knowledge of the insurance sector will be an advantage.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary Range: ₹2.4 LPA - ?6 LPA (?20,000 - ?50,000 per month) + attractive performance-based incentives.
