Role Summary

We're looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to support and execute the pan-India growth strategy under the guidance of our experienced India Sales Head (40+ years of industry experience). You will act as a crucial link between the strategic vision and on-ground execution--managing client relationships, driving sales conversion, and supporting project-specific commercial coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement & Conversion
o Work closely with EPC companies, road authorities, and infra consultants

o Prepare and present technical proposals, quotes, and product presentations

o Support tender participation and commercial negotiations

Sales Support & Coordination
o Follow up on leads, coordinate with the inside sales team, and manage CRM updates

o Liaise with the technical team for design inputs and with the operations team for delivery schedules

o Ensure smooth order-to-invoice cycle

Market Intelligence & Reporting
o Track competitor activities, pricing trends, and regional project pipelines

o Report weekly to the India Sales Head on progress, bottlenecks, and growth opportunities

Field Visits
o Travel across project sites and client offices to support meetings, site assessment, or installation support discussions

What We're Looking For

6-12 years of B2B sales experience in infrastructure, construction, or industrial products Strong preference for candidates with exposure to government tenders, road infrastructure, or safety products Ability to understand technical drawings/specifications Self-starter with excellent communication and follow-through skills Comfortable working in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial setup
