We are looking for an experienced and target?driven

Sales Manager

with proven expertise in

gold loan sales

and

door?to?door customer acquisition

. The candidate will lead and drive a field sales team, ensure business growth, and achieve monthly gold loan disbursement targets through doorstep marketing and customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:



Drive

gold loan business growth

by acquiring new customers through

door?to?door sales visits

. Build and manage a team of field sales executives, providing guidance, training, and motivation. Develop and implement strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Conduct regular market visits and generate leads from local areas, housing societies, and small businesses. Ensure

quality customer service

and maintain relationships with existing clients for repeat business. Conduct verification of gold ornaments as per company policies and ensure adherence to all compliance and KYC guidelines. Prepare and submit sales reports and MIS to management on a regular basis. Maintain knowledge of competitor products, offers, and market trends.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per year
