Job Description

Manager Sales will be responsible for overseeing the sales strategy, driving business growth, and managing key accounts within the label stock and silicon-coated paper industry. This role will focus on expanding market share, developing new business opportunities, and ensuring the company meets or exceeds its sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the label stock industry, silicon coating processes, and a proven track record in sales management.

Key Responsibilities

:

Sales Strategy & Planning

: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with the company's goals. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in existing and untapped markets. Lead and manage the sales team to ensure sales targets are met or exceeded. Conduct regular market research and analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and competitors.

Client & Key Account Management

: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders in the label stock and silicon-coated paper industries. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and other agreements to maximize profitability. Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Team Leadership

: Mentor and develop the sales team, providing direction, support, and performance feedback. Set clear performance objectives for the sales team and ensure accountability. Foster a culture of high performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Market Development

: Drive market expansion efforts, identifying and capitalizing on new sales channels, distributors, and partnerships. Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events to represent the company and generate leads.

Reporting & Analytics

: Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze data, and generate regular sales reports. Provide insights and recommendations to the leadership team based on market feedback and performance data.

Collaboration with Other Departments

: Work closely with the production, R&D, and marketing teams to ensure customer needs are met and products are delivered on time. Collaborate on the development of new products and services to meet market demands.

Qualifications

:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). 10+ years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a managerial role within the label stock or silicon-coated paper industry. Strong knowledge of the label stock industry, silicon coating processes, and related market dynamics. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Excellent leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
