Job Description



Market Research: Conduct research to understand market trends, competition, customer demands, and the overall real estate or construction landscape.

Sales Targets: Develop sales plans and set targets for the sales team, ensuring alignment with company goals.

Pricing Strategy: Collaborate with finance and senior management to determine competitive pricing for real estate properties or construction services.

Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, ensuring they are motivated and meeting performance goals.

Training and Development: Provide regular training to the team on new sales techniques, market updates, and company products or services.

Performance Monitoring: Evaluate the performance of sales personnel through metrics like targets achieved, deals closed, and client feedback.

Customer Acquisition: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, such as real estate buyers, developers, contractors, and investors.

Client Retention : Ensure a positive customer experience and build loyalty, leading to repeat business and referrals.

Handling Client Queries: Address client inquiries, concerns, and complaints to maintain satisfaction and trust
