Job Description

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet organizational goals. Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to drive high performance and results. Identify new market opportunities and generate leads through networking, cold calling,
and other channels.

Build strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high satisfaction and retention. Monitor sales metrics, prepare performance reports, and present them to senior
management.

Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operations teams to enhance
customer experience.

Stay updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitor strategies. Ensure CRM and reporting tools are accurately maintained and utilized by the team.

Pay: ?1,000,000.00 - ?1,500,000.00 per year
