Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Sales Strategy:
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of real estate agents to achieve and exceed sales targets. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the company's customer base.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and stakeholders. Understand client needs and provide tailored real estate solutions.
Market Analysis & Opportunity Identification:
Stay updated with industry trends and market conditions. Analyze sales data and performance metrics to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
Sales Negotiation & Deal Closure:
Negotiate and close deals to meet sales targets. Conduct property tours and presentations, addressing client queries effectively.
Collaboration & Reporting:
Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to align sales efforts. Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets for senior management.
Compliance & Training:
Ensure compliance with real estate regulations and ethical standards. Recruit, train, and develop sales staff on selling techniques and company products.
? Qualifications & Skills
Experience:
Minimum 4-6 years in real estate sales or business development, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Communication & Negotiation:
Strong communication and negotiation skills, with excellent presentation abilities.
CRM Proficiency:
Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and MS Office Suite.
Leadership:
Proven leadership abilities and a proactive attitude, with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Market Knowledge:
In-depth knowledge of the real estate market and trends in Hyderabad and surrounding areas.
