Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Sales Manager

to lead our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, managing a team of sales executives, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a deep understanding of the real estate market, strong leadership skills, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:



1. Sales Strategy & Execution



Develop and execute sales plans to meet company targets. Identify new business opportunities and market trends. Ensure high conversion rates from leads to closed deals.

2. Team Leadership & Training



Recruit, train, and mentor the sales team. Set clear performance goals and monitor team progress. Conduct regular sales meetings and training sessions.

3. Client Relationship Management



Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients. Address client inquiries and concerns to ensure satisfaction. Provide professional guidance on property investments.

4. Market & Competitor Analysis



Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities. Stay updated on competitor strategies and pricing trends. Recommend adjustments to sales strategies based on market insights.

5. Reporting & Performance Analysis



Prepare and present sales reports to senior management. Monitor and analyze sales data to improve performance. Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.

Qualifications & Skills:



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in real estate sales, or any related field.

Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
