Job Summary:

As a Sales Manager, you will be the driving force behind our sales efforts, using various platforms including phone calls, emails, and e-commerce sites to effectively reach customers.

Position: Sales Manager (Experience Minimum of 3 years)
Location: Hyderabad
CTC: 5-10 Lakhs per annum (Fixed Component: 70% of CTC ; Incentives: 30%)
Key responsibilities:
Sell Infimobile's cell phone plans to customers in USA via various sales methods
Build market position by selling through ecommerce platforms, social media listings, trust badges listings
Create engaging descriptions and product titles & sales content to attract customers
Regularly stay up to date with ongoing offers and work with Digital Marketing team to create email templates for attracting new customers and upselling existing customers
Meet monthly KPIs & exceed monthly / quarterly targets
Deliver persuasive sales pitches, understanding customer needs and offering solutions that align with our products.
Follow up on leads and maintain a database of customer interactions, transactions, and opportunities with their current status.
Monitor & respond to customer queries on chat processes & listing platforms
Maintain open and effective lines of communication throughout the organization to maintain a sense of teamwork, enthusiasm, pride, and quality workmanship
Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English.
Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
Comfortable with technology and able to quickly adapt to new tools and platforms.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
