Key Responsibilities:
Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual retail targets.
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and brand visibility.
Handle walk-in, digital, and corporate leads to ensure high conversion rates.
Build and maintain relationships with premium customers and riding communities.
Plan and execute customer engagement activities, test ride events, and retail campaigns.
Coordinate with marketing and aftersales teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
Monitor competitor activity and provide market intelligence to management.
Prepare and present regular sales reports and performance analyses.
Ensure compliance with Triumph brand standards and reporting requirements.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Graduate in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
4-8 years of experience
in
automobile sales
, preferably in premium/luxury two-wheeler or four-wheeler segment.
Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Passion for motorcycles and enthusiasm for the Triumph brand.
Ability to manage customer expectations with professionalism and empathy.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Must possess a valid two-wheeler license.
