Role Overview



The Travel Sales Manager at FutureFly Holidays will lead revenue growth by developing strong client relationships, enhancing distribution channels, and driving high-impact sales strategies. The role requires deep industry understanding, strong negotiation abilities, and the ability to lead and motivate a high-performance sales team.

Key Responsibilities



Drive monthly and annual sales targets for holiday packages (FIT, GIT, and corporate travel). Identify and develop new business opportunities across B2B, B2C, and corporate segments. Build and maintain strong relationships with travel partners, corporate clients, and premium customers. Convert high-value leads and manage the complete end-to-end sales lifecycle. Represent FutureFly Holidays at trade fairs, industry events, and networking meets. Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to exceed performance goals. Conduct regular training for the team on destinations, products, and sales techniques. Monitor and evaluate team performance; implement performance improvement plans. Collaborate with product and operations teams to design competitive and appealing travel packages. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to refine sales strategies. Support marketing teams in developing promotional campaigns and seasonal offers. Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, revenue forecasts, and MIS documentation. Ensure effective use of CRM tools for lead management, tracking, and follow-up. Coordinate closely with operations and customer support to ensure smooth service delivery. Handle client escalations and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Travel for client meetings, industry events, and destination promotions when required.

Qualifications & Experience



Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Business, Hospitality, or related field. 2-4 years of sales experience in travel & tourism, preferably in holiday package sales. Experience with international destinations, holiday planning, and B2B/B2C channels.

Core Skills



Strong communication & negotiation skills. Deep understanding of domestic & international travel products. Ability to build strong client relationships and manage escalations. Leadership & team management experience. Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
