Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented
Sales Manager (Corporate Travel Sales)
with a minimum of
5 years of proven experience in the travel industry
. The ideal candidate will drive business growth by developing corporate accounts, managing client relationships, and achieving revenue targets.
Female candidates are preferred for this role.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire new corporate clients and expand business with existing accounts.
Build strong relationships with decision-makers in corporate organizations to promote travel solutions.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close high-value deals.
Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling travel products and services.
Collaborate with operations and service delivery teams to ensure seamless client experiences.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and prepare regular performance reports.
Stay updated with travel industry trends, competitors, and market developments.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Travel, Tourism, or a related field.
Minimum
5 years of sales experience in the travel industry (corporate travel sales preferred).
Strong network of corporate clients and proven track record in achieving sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Female candidates will be preferred.
