Ernakulam based hotel chain starting a Travel community offering a wholesome service of leisure, educating Kerala culture etc through memberships.

Role Summary:



The Travel Community Sales Consultant is responsible for promoting and selling travel packages and community service experiences, building strong client relationships, and ensuring exceptional service throughout the customer journey. The position blends a passion for travel with a commitment to community engagement and outreach.

Key Responsibilities



Promote and sell

travel packages, community service tours, and related experiences to individuals and groups.

Build and

maintain relationships

with clients, understanding their travel and service interests.

Customize itineraries and service experiences to meet client preferences and community program goals.

Process bookings, coordinate logistics, and manage reservations, including accommodations, transportation, and service project details.

Collaborate with local partners, service organizations, and travel suppliers to secure the best deals and impactful opportunities.

Achieve and exceed sales targets, supporting the firm's growth and reputation.

Provide top-tier customer service, handling inquiries, feedback, and last-minute changes efficiently.

Stay current on travel industry trends, community service opportunities, and regulatory requirements.

Represent the company at industry and community events, presentations, and outreach programs.

Required Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Business, Tourism, Hospitality, or related field preferred.

Proven

sales experience

in travel, tourism, or customer service sectors.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Proficiency in CRM, booking systems, and standard office software.

Passion for community service, volunteerism, and sustainable travel.

Desired Skills



Customer-centric approach and cultural awareness.

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Technological proficiency with reservation and booking platforms.

Lead generation, sales strategy, and targeted promotion experience.

Experience supporting or organizing community service or volunteer programs.
