Job Summary



We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented

Sales Manager

to lead sales operations, drive revenue growth, and expand market presence. The role involves team leadership, strategic planning, and strong customer and channel management.

Key Responsibilities



Develop and implement

sales strategies

to achieve monthly and annual targets Lead, train, and motivate the

sales team

to maximize performance Identify and onboard

new customers, distributors, and channel partners

Manage

key accounts

and maintain strong client relationships Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies Coordinate with marketing, operations, and finance teams Prepare

sales reports, forecasts, and MIS

Ensure timely

collections and payment follow-ups

Drive product visibility and promotional activities

Required Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in

Business, Marketing, or related field

(MBA preferred)

3-8 years of experience

in sales (FMCG / Retail / Food industry preferred) Proven team-handling and leadership experience Strong communication and negotiation skills

Preferred Skills



Knowledge of

Retail, Distributor, HORECA, or FMCG sales channels

Analytical and decision-making abilities Target-driven and customer-focused approach Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Salary:

As per industry standards + incentives
