This is a full-time Realtor's on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Coimbatore. The Sales Manager will oversee sales operations, manage the sales team, set and achieve sales targets, develop and implement strategic sales plans, and establish strong client relationships. Additionally, responsibilities will include monitoring market trends, analyzing sales data, and ensuring the team's adherence to company policies, goals, and customer satisfaction standards.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Sales Strategy, Lead Generation, and Account Management
Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Client Relationship Management skills
Ability to conduct Market Research and analyze sales metrics effectively
Experience with CRM tools and Sales Forecasting
Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Relevant Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
MBA or equivalent advanced qualifications are an added advantage
Experience in the Coimbatore market or similar regions is a plus
