Role Summary:
Galatta Media is seeking an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to drive revenue growth across media, digital, and branded content offerings. The ideal candidate will lead sales initiatives, build strong client relationships, and develop strategic partnerships to achieve business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets
Identify new business opportunities across media, digital, and brand partnerships
Build, manage, and maintain long-term relationships with advertisers, agencies, and corporate clients
Lead negotiations, prepare proposals, and close high-value deals
Coordinate with internal content, marketing, and production teams to deliver customized solutions
Track sales performance, prepare reports, and provide market insights to management
Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and client needs to refine sales approaches
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in media, digital, advertising, or entertainment
Strong understanding of media sales, digital platforms, and brand integrations
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Proven ability to meet and exceed revenue targets
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
