Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute
sales strategies
to achieve monthly and annual targets
Manage and lead a team of
Sales Executives and field staff
Drive sales through
retail outlets, distributors, wholesalers, and modern trade
Identify and onboard
new distributors and retail partners
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
Handle
key accounts and channel relationships
Ensure proper
product visibility, merchandising, and promotions
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and MIS
Coordinate with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams
Ensure timely collections and payment follow-ups
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (
MBA preferred
)
4-8 years of experience
in Retail / FMCG sales
Proven experience in team handling and distributor management
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of GT, MT, and HORECA channels
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Target-driven and customer-focused approach
