Key Responsibilities
Lead and motivate a team of 5-10 sales representatives, setting targets and monitoring performance to achieve quarterly and annual goals.
Develop and execute sales strategies for commercial gas systems, industrial equipment, and related services, focusing on B2B clients.
Conduct field visits, client meetings, and negotiations to close deals and build long-term relationships.
Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities using CRM tools to optimize performance.
Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to promote products like gas cremation systems and tea processing technologies.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for senior management.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of hands-on field sales experience in industrial gases, manufacturing, or B2B services.
Proven ability to lead, train, and control sales teams, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), and Google Workspace for data analysis and reporting.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Local candidates in Coimbatore preferred; willingness to travel within Tamil Nadu.
