Job Title: Sales Manager - Premium Villas / Luxury Real Estate



Key Responsibilities:



Leadership & Strategy:

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals, developing and executing strategic plans for premium villa sales to meet/exceed targets.

Client Acquisition & Relations:

Build & nurture relationships with High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWIs), investors, and corporate clients; source new leads via networking, referrals, and strategic connections.

Sales Execution:

Oversee property presentations, negotiations, and closing high-value deals, ensuring personalized solutions for clients' luxury lifestyle & investment goals.

Market Analysis:

Stay updated on luxury real estate trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to refine sales tactics.

Reporting & Compliance:

Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and ensure adherence to real estate regulations.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

Work with marketing, finance, and other teams to support sales initiatives.

Key Qualifications:



Proven success in luxury or high-value real estate sales (villas, premium homes).

Strong network with HNWIs and investors.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Deep understanding of the luxury property market and investment potential.

Experience in wealth management or large financing is a plus.

Bachelor's degree (Business, Marketing, Finance preferred).

Experience in managing sales teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
