Job Overview :
We are looking for an energetic and target-driven 'Sales Manager' to handle sales operations, lead a small sales team, and drive business growth.
The ideal candidate should be hands-on, strategic, and capable of closing deals while managing day-to-day sales activities.
Key Responsibilities :
Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Lead, guide, and monitor the sales team's performance.
Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Handle client negotiations, pricing, and deal closures.
Track sales performance, prepare reports, and update CRM systems.
Coordinate with marketing and internal teams for lead conversion.
Requirements 2-4 years of experience in sales or business development.
Prior experience in team handling or lead role is an added advantage.
Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Goal-oriented with the ability to work under targets.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
