with at least 2 years of experience in selling HVAC systems and solutions. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, developing client relationships, preparing techno-commercial proposals, and achieving sales targets across residential, commercial, or industrial HVAC projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in HVAC projects and AMC contracts.
Handle client inquiries, conduct site visits, and understand HVAC requirements.
Follow up with consultants, builders, architects, and end customers.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and close sales deals as per company policy.
Maintain client database, sales pipeline, and regular sales reports.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Attend meetings, exhibitions, and industry events when required.
Skills & Qualifications:
Diploma / Any Degree.
Minimum 2 years of experience in HVAC sales (VRF, Chillers, Split/Packaged Units, AHU, Ducting, etc.).
Strong understanding of HVAC systems, components, and applications.
Good communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
Experience: 2-5 years
