Job Summary



The Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving monthly sales targets, managing the sales team, ensuring excellent customer experience, and strengthening dealership business growth.

Key Responsibilities



Lead the sales team & drive monthly sales targets Implement showroom sales strategies and promotional plans Monitor walk-ins, enquiries, test drives & conversion ratios Ensure proper customer follow-up and lead management Train, guide and motivate sales executives Coordination with OEM for schemes, offers and promotions Maintain vehicle display standards & showroom ambience Ensure proper documentation & timely vehicle delivery Handle escalations and resolve customer issues Monitor competitor activities & market trends Prepare daily / weekly / monthly sales MIS reports
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
