The Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving monthly sales targets, managing the sales team, ensuring excellent customer experience, and strengthening dealership business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the sales team & drive monthly sales targets
Implement showroom sales strategies and promotional plans
Monitor walk-ins, enquiries, test drives & conversion ratios
Ensure proper customer follow-up and lead management
Train, guide and motivate sales executives
Coordination with OEM for schemes, offers and promotions
Maintain vehicle display standards & showroom ambience
Ensure proper documentation & timely vehicle delivery
Handle escalations and resolve customer issues
Monitor competitor activities & market trends
Prepare daily / weekly / monthly sales MIS reports

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
