Pharma One is seeking an energetic and performance-driven
Sales Manager
to lead and expand sales operations in the Coimbatore region. The ideal candidate will oversee the sales team, drive revenue growth, build strong customer relationships, and ensure effective market coverage.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Revenue Growth
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Identify new business opportunities within the pharmaceutical market.
Ensure consistent market penetration and increase brand visibility.
Team Leadership & Coordination
Lead, mentor, and guide the sales team to achieve performance goals.
Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth order processing and customer support.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, pharmacies, clinics, and distributors.
Conduct regular client visits to understand requirements and ensure customer satisfaction.
Address client issues and provide timely resolutions.
Market Analysis & Reporting
Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and performance summaries.
Recommend improvements to strengthen sales outcomes.
Requirements
2-5 years of experience in
pharma sales
, preferably in managerial or team-leading roles.
Strong understanding of pharmaceutical products and market structure.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Leadership ability with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Willingness to travel within the region.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Science, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience in managing a pharma sales team.
