admissions, counselling, and parent handling
in a coaching or educational institute.
Responsibilities:
Handle enquiries & parent counselling (online + offline)
Convert leads into admissions and meet monthly targets
Maintain CRM and follow-ups
Coordinate with telecaller & field marketing team
Support school visits, events, and seminars
Requirements:
1-3 years experience in education/coaching sales (mandatory)
Strong communication in English & Tamil
Ability to handle fee discussions & close admissions
Target-oriented with strong follow-up discipline
