Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to manage and lead a team of tele sales executives at Qua Nutrition. The Sales Head will be responsible for overseeing the tele sales operations, setting sales goals, providing leadership and training, ensuring the team meets performance targets, and developing strategies to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:



Lead, mentor, and manage a team of tele sales representatives to meet and exceed sales targets. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business goals and drive growth for Qua Nutrition. Oversee daily operations of the tele sales team, ensuring smooth processes and efficient workflow. Provide coaching and performance feedback to improve team performance and sales results. Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions to enhance sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service skills. Monitor team performance through key metrics, track KPIs, and provide actionable insights to improve performance. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to drive motivation and team engagement. Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies accordingly. Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales campaigns and initiatives for Qua Nutrition's services and products. Handle escalated customer inquiries and ensure the team resolves issues in a timely and professional manner. Prepare regular reports on team performance, sales results, and market insights for senior management.

Requirements:



Proven experience as a Sales Manager, or similar leadership role in tele sales or call center environment. Minimum of 10 years of experience in tele sales, with at least 10 years in a leadership role. Fluent in Hindi is mandatory. Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate a large team. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Results-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets and improving team performance. Ability to analyze data and metrics to make informed decisions. Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities. Experience with CRM tools and sales tracking software is a plus. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Education:



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree or MBA is a plus.
