We are hiring a goal-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales operations, develop strategic business plans, and achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies
Lead a sales team to meet monthly/quarterly targets
Identify and explore new business opportunities
Maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders
Prepare sales forecasts and reports
Requirements:
4-6 years of sales experience in , preferably in construction, infrastructure, or engineering
Proven track record in B2B or B2C sales
Leadership and team management skills
Strong negotiation and communication abilities
