We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven

Sales Manager

to lead our sales team at CBM Motors, Coimbatore's premier EV dealership. The Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets, building strong customer relationships, and guiding the sales team to deliver exceptional performance and service.

Key Responsibilities



Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed monthly targets. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to promote electric vehicle sales. Manage and track showroom walk-ins, test drives, follow-ups, and closures. Coordinate with marketing and management to run campaigns and events. Ensure an excellent customer experience and handle escalations effectively. Maintain accurate sales records, daily reports, and pipeline tracking. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and suggest improvements. Collaborate with service and admin teams for smooth post-sales coordination.

Requirements



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the automotive sector. Proven leadership skills and the ability to manage a team. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Passionate about EV technology and sustainable transportation. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Proficient in using CRM tools, Excel, and basic reporting software.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
