individual contributor role
responsible for driving sales, handling client interactions, and expanding business opportunities across Tamil Nadu. The role demands strong relationship-building skills, market understanding, and the ability to convert prospects into customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and convert leads for residential construction projects across Tamil Nadu.
Conduct client meetings, site visits, and presentations to explain project offerings.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, channel partners, and local stakeholders.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through direct sales efforts.
Coordinate with design, project, and customer service teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and project handover.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management review.
Represent the company in property expos, marketing campaigns, and client events.
Requirements:
3-7 years of proven experience in
sales within the real estate, residential construction, or building materials sector.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a performance-driven environment.
Willingness to travel
extensively across Tamil Nadu.
Fluency in
English and Tamil
(spoken and written).
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
