Sales Manager - Chennai (ZGP)



Job Responsibilities:



Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue and meet business goals. Manage the sales team and track their performance through defined KPIs. Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with potential clients. Coordinate with the marketing team for lead generation and brand promotion. Oversee branch operational activities and report to the head office.

KPI - Sales Manager:



Sales Target Achievement Maintaining the Conversion % at Par Achieving Client Meeting Targets Achieving Cross Promotion Targets Maintain Nil Pending Follow-ups Maintaining the CQ Scores Maintaining the Audit Scores and KPI Metrics at Par Maintaining the Discount % at Par Maintaining the Same Day and Full Payments Tractions

Required Candidate Profile:



Experience: 2 to 5 years in sales management. Skills: Strong negotiation, leadership, and communication skills. Technical Proficiency: Google Sheets & Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Table). Preferred Language: English, Tamil.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
