Job Description

Sales Leadership & Strategy:



Key Responsibilities:



Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets and market expansion goals. Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales objectives. Set clear sales targets, track team performance, and provide regular feedback and guidance.

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:



Identify and target new business opportunities through networking, market research, and lead generation activities. Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with key clients and decision-makers. Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.

Sales Cycle Management:



Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing deals. Ensure timely follow-up and closure of sales opportunities.

Market Analysis & Reporting:



Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies and stay ahead of market demands. Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and analyses to provide insight into sales performance and pipeline.

Collaboration & Cross-Departmental Coordination:



Work closely with the marketing, product development, and customer service teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives. Provide feedback to the product development team on customer needs and market requirements.

Budgeting & Resource Management:



Manage and optimize the sales budget to ensure the efficient allocation of resources. Ensure the sales team has the necessary tools, training, and resources to succeed.

Qualifications:



Education:



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA is a plus.

Experience:



Proven track record of at least 5 years in a sales management role, preferably in the technology or IT sector. Experience in B2B sales, SaaS, or IT solutions sales is highly desirable. Strong understanding of the technology landscape and emerging trends.

Skills:



Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Ability to analyze market trends and adapt sales strategies accordingly. Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite. Highly motivated with a results-oriented approach.

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
