Supervise and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize business growth.
Handle customer inquiries, negotiations, and deal closures.
Maintain strong relationships with customers and corporate clients.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Ensure proper display and presentation of vehicles in the showroom.
Conduct training sessions for the sales team on product knowledge and customer handling.
Prepare and analyze sales reports and forecasts.
Coordinate with marketing and after-sales teams for promotional activities and events.
Ensure adherence to brand and dealership standards.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in automobile sales (cars, commercial vehicles, or luxury brands preferred).
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Good knowledge of CRM and DMS systems.
Customer-centric approach with excellent interpersonal skills.
