We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Chennai, India. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and market share
Lead, coach, and mentor a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team goals
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews to track progress and address challenges
Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer service teams to ensure alignment of sales efforts
Create and present detailed sales reports, forecasts, and business reviews to senior management
Monitor and analyze sales metrics to optimize team performance and processes
Negotiate complex deals and contracts with high-value clients

Qualifications
Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role
