We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Chennai, India. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed revenue targets.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and market share Lead, coach, and mentor a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team goals Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews to track progress and address challenges Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer service teams to ensure alignment of sales efforts Create and present detailed sales reports, forecasts, and business reviews to senior management Monitor and analyze sales metrics to optimize team performance and processes Negotiate complex deals and contracts with high-value clients Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve sales strategies


Qualifications



Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong knowledge of sales techniques, lead generation, and customer relationship management Demonstrated ability to coach, motivate, and develop sales professionals Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools Outstanding negotiation and problem-solving skills Ability to create and deliver compelling presentations and business reviews Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making Excellent time management and organizational abilities Adaptability to changing market conditions and customer needs Knowledge of the local Chennai market and business landscape (preferred) Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets * Strategic thinking and long-term planning capabilities
