dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager
to expand our client base and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
Identify, qualify, and acquire new clients for IT services (web/app development, digital marketing, branding, software solutions, etc.).
Manage end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, client meetings, proposal presentation, negotiation, and closure.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring repeat and referral business.
Collaborate with the technical and marketing teams to align client requirements with solutions.
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis for management review.
Stay updated with IT industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitors' offerings.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration / Marketing / IT (MBA preferred).
Proven track record in IT sales, with 3-5 years of experience in B2B client acquisition.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to understand client requirements and propose tailored IT solutions.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting.
