Job Description

The Sales Manager is responsible for leading the two-wheeler sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets. This role involves managing daily showroom operations, driving customer satisfaction, and implementing sales strategies to maximize profitability.

Key Responsibilities:



Team Management & Sales Performance

Supervise, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and group targets. Monitor daily inquiries, test rides, and conversions. Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews.

Business Development

Plan and execute sales promotions, events, and marketing campaigns. Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, financiers, and dealers. Identify new business opportunities to increase market share.

Customer Relationship Management

Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process. Handle escalated customer issues and resolve complaints promptly. Maintain customer follow-up systems for feedback and repeat sales.

Operational Responsibilities

Ensure proper display and upkeep of vehicles in the showroom. Coordinate with service, spares, and finance departments for smooth operations. Maintain sales reports, stock movement, and documentation accuracy.

Reporting & Analysis

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports. Analyze sales trends and suggest improvement strategies. Track competitor activities and market developments.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
