Key Responsibilities



Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets Drive sales of premium residential properties through strategic planning Oversee client engagement, site visits, and deal closures Monitor market trends and competitor activity Collaborate with marketing and CRM teams for lead generation and conversion Train and mentor junior sales staff

Requirements



7+ years in real estate sales, Proven track record in luxury segment sales and team leadership Strong negotiation, closing, and client relationship skills Excellent communication and presentation abilities Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting Fluent in English and Tamil
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
