Job Responsibilities



Develop and implement smart sales strategies to drive revenue and achieve branch targets. Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team; monitor performance through KPIs. Set clear individual targets and ensure consistent achievement through coaching and support. Identify and convert new business opportunities while maintaining strong client relationships. Work closely with the marketing team for lead generation, promotions, and brand visibility. Oversee day-to-day branch operations and submit timely reports to the head office.

Required Candidate Profile



Experience:

2-10 years in sales management / business development.

Skills:

Strong negotiation, leadership, and communication skills with proven target achievement.

Technical Proficiency:

Google Sheets & Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Table). CRM tools knowledge is a plus.

Languages:

Fluency in

English & Tamil
