Role Overview:



We are looking for an energetic Sales Manager to lead and support our front-line sales team. The role involves overseeing daily sales activities, ensuring reporting, engaging key prospects, driving conversions, and building a strong architect network to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:



Monitor daily field activities of the Sales Executives and ensure planned coverage.

Ensure accurate and timely updates are maintained in the CRM system for all leads and follow-ups.

Personally engage with prospects and key decision-makers to support the conversion process.

Assign individual targets to team members and align daily efforts toward meeting overall business goals.

Regularly review performance metrics and provide guidance to the team to overcome challenges.

Build and maintain a strong network of architects.

Periodically visit architects and generate referrals.

Ensure prompt seamless coordination with back-end teams.

Support management with market insights, feedback, and competitor intelligence.

Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and high-performance within the team.
