Hi All,

Now we are looking for Sales Manager(plots, villas, and flats).

Location:- chennai

Experience:- 1yr or Fresher

Role Objective:

Drive sales performance by converting leads into bookings, ensuring top-notch client interaction, and supporting project targets for plots, villas, and flats.

Key Responsibilities Daily:

Attend client meetings, explain projects, and arrange/attend site visits. Generate and qualify leads via calls, field visits, and referrals. Follow up daily with potential clients via calls/WhatsApp. Maintain updated sales kits (brochures, layouts, price sheets). Ensure CRM entries for every lead, call, and visit.

Weekly:

Participate in review meetings with Project Head. Track competitor pricing, offers, and nearby launches. Collect and log client feedback after site visits/bookings.

Monthly:

Submit sales reports (lead source, booking, follow-up, dropouts). Monitor target achievement and report improvement plans.

Run and follow up on customer referral campaigns. Support training and mentoring for TCs/new staff. Recommend candidates to HR for hiring.

Reporting & Compliance: CRM daily update (Lead tracker, follow-up, site log).

Sales Manager -

Submit reports weekly to Project Head / MD. Maintain confidentiality, discipline, and professionalism. Always be in full formal dress (with shoes & ID card).
