Job Description

SpotBus Technologies is revolutionizing public transportation advertising through innovative audio ad solutions and next-stop announcement systems in government buses. We are looking for a proactive and strategic Business Development Executive to drive growth, forge partnerships, and expand our ad network across cities.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, pitching SpotBus's advertising and FM-based announcement solutions to potential clients and government bodies, negotiating contracts, and fostering long-term relationships. This role demands strong communication skills, a deep understanding of B2B sales, and a passion for transforming the public transit advertising landscape.

Key Responsibilities:



Identify and engage potential advertising clients and agency partners. Develop and present business proposals tailored to client needs. Build partnerships with FM channels, transport departments, and media agencies. Manage contract negotiations and ensure timely onboarding of new clients. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to refine growth strategy. Collaborate with the operations and tech teams to ensure successful campaign execution.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 2+ years of experience in business development, media sales, or advertising. Proven track record in achieving sales targets and closing high-value deals. Strong networking and interpersonal skills. Willingness to travel for field visits and government meetings.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
